tier-1 Dependent

Post by tier-1 » Sat Oct 13, 2012 1:04 pm

Hello Friends,

I am currently on tier-1 visa expiring in May-2013. I will be getting married in December and will bring my wife to UK by Feb on dependent visa. I believe she is allowed to work in UK on dependent's visa.

Assuming that she gets a job, can she continue to stay in UK if I have to leave UK in April to India for pursuing education ( MBA). I will also be applying for ILR in March.

Thanks
