My question then is what constitutes a significant change in salary in terms of percenatge? 10,20 or 30%? Unfortunately as it came new to me I have missed reflecting any increase in salary to meet SOC code in the last 3 months. I can however make changes to meet the last 2 months before applying but still having sleepless nights as to what the outcome will be. Does anyone have similar experience/advice? Please help
