Can holiday pay be counted towards salary earned?

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 1 (General) extentsion.

Question: My last employer paid holiday pay (for outstanding leaves) as full and final settlement. I believe tax was paid on this amount. Can I use the Holiday pay towards the gross salary calculation or should I leave it out.

I am meeting the required salary band without it so don't need to claim it but also don't want to leave it out to mix up the calculation of paid amount (Gross salary).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is showing on your payslip and the tax n ni have been deducted, I think you could included it in your earning but I am not 100 % sure.
