Applied old form for extension.! Urgent reply please.

Hi

My friend applied her tier1 gen for extension, two days ago
She realise that she submitted old version of application form with
All original documents. To extend her visa with her dependent form

Ukba changed form new version on or after 1 oct.
But she printed 30 sep and posted on 11 oct without realising
New version is on website.

Please help with suggentions with past experiences by senior
Gurus on this form.
Her visa is expiring on 16 oct.
What will happen if ukba simply refuse her because of wrong
Application form.?
Pls help what she need to do?
