ILR - Final Checklist

Hi Friends,

I am applying for ILR on 18 Oct. I have prepared following documents. I hope I have not missed anything. Please advice

PEO: Solihull
Type: HSMP 2 Year + Tier-1 (G) 3 Year
Dependents : 4

Required Documents:

• 1. Set(O) form - for me & 4 dependents
  2. Pictures for all
  3. Section 9A: Evidence of Previous Earnings
  • a- Last 12 months Salary Slips
    b- Bank statement
    c- Letter from employer
  4. Section 11: Documents
  • a. Current & Previous Passports for main applicant & 4 dependents
    c. Bank statement covering last 3 months as evidence of finance
    c. Life in the UK test pass notification letter for me & wife
    d. Previous Tier-1(G) & HSMP approval letters
    e. Evidence of Cohabitation

Where Evidence of Cohabitation are as follows:

• Joint Name:
  • 1. GP letter (Covering 4 Years)
    2. Council tax bill (for 2 Years)
    3. Tenancy agreement (for 2 years) (I have only the photocopy)
    4. Car Insurance Certificate (for 2 years)
  Document for both separately :
  • 1. two Years bank statements for me & wife
    2. Lots of Gas & electricity bills (me)
    3. Car tax letters (me)
    4. Payslips (Wife)
    5. Few next statement (me & wife)
    6. Few Letters from NHS (wife)
    7. Two TV License (Me)

Altogether they are around more than 100 bank statements + letters for both. I was not sure how much I should keep so I kept whatever important letter I could find.

Photocopies of all above except form SET(O).

Other Documents not Required just for Backup

• 1. 4 Years P60 & employment history
  2. 5 years Payslips (some missing)
  3. 5 years Bank statements (some missing)
  4. Marriage Registration Certificate
  5. Children birth certificates
  6. Driving license and counter part
  7. Degrees
  8. Some letters from children school
