Croydon home office..Appointment timing

Dear all,

i am due to apply for my ILR Application on 22/10/12. My Agent has booked the appointment date for 22/10/12 but he is not confirming the timing and whenever i ask him he just tells me he need to confirm the timing with Home office. Is there any way that i can call the home office directly and get the confirmation of my timing or its has to be done by agent only as he has mentioned that appointment is booked on the name of his company.

Will the home office tell me if i call them if yes can you please provide me contact details

You'll need appointment ref no. before you call HO.. if your agent has given you that (it might be in his email), you can cross check that with UKBA.

Well, if you call UKBA, they'll first ask ref number.. but since you don't have it. you can still try calling them & try saying you lost ref no.. but you can tell other info like name/dob/peo/date etc.. tell that you lost timing & ref no... if you are lucky, you might get what you want...
