Hi jumbo, I will be very grateful if you could help me,
I'm married to bc during the course of our marriage I cheated on my hubby and had two children at the moment we separated but not yet divorce, my question is can I registrar the two children born in uk as bc as their dad is overstayer, please advice thanks

Who is named as the children father on the birth certificate?

Thanks for the prompt reply, the name on their birth certificate is the one I cheated with, the overstayer

If you have ILR, you can register the UK born children. The immigration status of the father is irrelevant.

Why not? The application form asks for them.

On the other hand, not providing the father's details should not be a reason for refusal.
