I am about to apply for retention of right,pls should I apply to the department 45 or the dept 110 in liverpool and pls this are the documents I have so far. Eea proof of registration as self employed in 2010,evidence of paying national insurance from 2010 till october 2012 which is after decree absolute,accountant letter,joint utility bills for over 2 years,my payslip from 2010 till date,decree absolute,eea employment history. Pls advise if I am missing anything,as I will be travelling soon do I have to send my passport or what do I do.
