hi there i have my friend whose has a student visa here in uk going to expired this month?is there any chance for her to extend her stay but not student visa anymore?we check on ukba website she can extend her stay using flr(o) using her friend whose ilr here and working?is flr(o) is the right form to use to apply?

What you have described (as much as one could understand) is not a viable solution to her situation.

Not really; not until you explain on what basis she would apply for leave to remain. Having a friend in the UK is not sufficient reason to be permitted to stay.

sorry she about to extend just to wait for her canada application and explore more in uk because before shes only been working and studying didnt do any travel ,is thats ok to apply for flr o for her to see more uk and while waiting for her canada application

She can apply but the leave will be refused. If it takes 8 weeks to hear this news then good for her.

The rules do not permit a student to extend their leave in the UK in order to travel around the country.

She will extend her stay while waiting her Canada application if its ok she will go to go Canada because she don't want to be overstay here while processing her papers to Canada

As previously stated, she may choose to apply to extend her visa, but it's an application that has no merit. Perhaps it would be better if your friend came to the forum and asked her own questions, as she may have a better grasp of what is being imparted here.
