Visa for father visiting. Is land registry cert required?

Hi

I am applying a visiting visa for my father for a short visit.

Somebody told me that I have to provide evidence of owning or renting the property I am living. Somebody told me bank statement is sufficient for this purpose.

I am a home owner and do not have tenancy agreement for sure. The only thing related to property is land registry certificate. Is this something I must send as supporting document for a visiting visa? Is bank statement sufficient to proof I live at the present address?
