Child passport query

I need to apply for my first born pakistani passport however I have lost my CNIC and husband has his original CNIC so will that be accepted for her passport or do they require both parents CNIC ?? I do have my passport and biometric hope thats enough.
Please help

For passport that shouldn't be any problem. they need cnic for only one parent.
