ILR where both partners have a Tier 1.

Post by oakleigh841 » Tue Oct 16, 2012 7:23 pm

Hi there,

Both my wife and I have our own tier 1(general) visa's, i.e she is not my dependant, and I am not her dependant. We will have both met the 5 year stay for ILR next month. We originally came to the UK on HSMP visas.

Can I apply for ILR SET(O) with her as my dependant? It will be cheaper and require less paperwork if we do it this way.

Thanks for your help.
