it would not make any difference as already hundreds of applicants lodging their complaints.

We have to raise our voice

Well Petitions are there to listen the public opinion. And i am sure we have to raise our voice against the system. Otherwise they will not change anything and people like us have to face all this, delays, people in customer service being rude and unhelpfull. So its worth raising your voice
