My college's licence has been revoked by UKBA in the month of August 2012. We were told by college to not to worry as our college had appealed against the UKBA's decision of revoking the licence and our studies were, as usual with regular classes and exams. Yesterday Suddenly our college closed and there was a phone number given to us in a leaflet to call to for information regarding the exam results and we came to knew today that our college has gone bust. I have not recieved any letter from UKBA till now regarding curtailment of my visa as I have student visa untill 2014. I consider myself lucky as before some days only I got my degree certificate and was hoping to apply for Tier 1 Entreprenuer visa but this news has came as a shock to me. My question is, as my college's licence was revoked in August 2012, which means now I am not in the 60days period given by UKBA to change sponsor, so should I leave the country immediately or can I apply for Tier 1 entreprenuer visa as my documents are ready. All your replies will be highly appreciated.
