£18600 For PBS Dependent?

If a PBS migrant apply ILR on the basis of long residence what visa his PBS Dependent (4 years as PBS dependent) needs to apply?

Whenever PBS Dependent will eligible for settlement does main applicant need to show £ 18600 salary as well.
