Where do I include my CoS Reference # on my application?

I completed the Tier 2 General PBS visa application online and was surprised that there was no field for my Certificate of Sponsorship reference number.

How will I include the number in the application? Should I have my sponsoring company write a letter with the reference number on it?

Is this for the General Tier 2 Visa application for the UK? It never brought me to that screen
