Hi,
I have two months left on my YMS visa before it expires. Technically at this point a company can still hire me without having to do a RLMT. So if a company were to hire me now - would that make their application to sponsor me under a tier 2 visa slightly easier as I am already employed with them, which may exempt them from the RLMT? Or are they still required to do a RLMT?
