Can I do Forex or Stock Market trading on Tier 2 (ICT)

Hello,

I am currently on Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) visa under extension.
Is it allowed to do Forex trading or Stock Market Trading under my visa? Please advice!

For self, sure. But not as a "business of trading" that you do for others.

Thanks very much for your reply sushdmehta. I understand what you mean. For self, it would be treated as investment, so should't be problem. Is there any clear notes about this in UKBA guidance? I looked on the web but couldn't find any.

@ investment (Forex currency trading for self). I am only worried as, if someone gets good returns in trading then it will have to show up in Tax returns.
Also, in Forex or commodity trading buying and selling involved so they shouldn't treat it as a business later.
