Missing Salary Slips

I am applying for Tier 1 extension on the 12th of November at Liverpool. 2 of my salary slips are missing. All the salary slips are off the online system. April and May 2012 however have my preferred name I use at work instead of name in the passport. This was as a result of system change at work and I didn't realise it till end of May 2012. I cannot present these tow salary slips due to the name mess up. I have asked for a letter from the company to confirm my salary paid in April/May 2012 and include the details Gross/Net salary etc;

Will this cause a problem?

I'm not an immigration advisor but if ur using online printout of ur wage slips get it signed and stamped from ur employer before sending it. It's in guidance notes as well. I'm having similar problem. Send all my documents but wage slips were not stamped ..

Hi Thanks for the response. I have all the salary slips stamped and signed by the employer. The issue is with 2 salary slips that I cannot present as the name on it is incorrect. It is too late change it now. so I have asked the company to give a letter confirming the salary. that's what I am worried about. will the visa officer wonder why I don't have 2 salary slips and why I have a letter instead?

get the letter from your employer which should include the following details,

the annual gross and net salary for the period you are claiming,
explain why your name is different on those two payslips.

also sign and stamped all your online payslips.

you can still use those payslips which has got your different work name as long as they are stamped and signed and you have a letter from your company to explain this.

you should be ok then
