Tier 1 General Extension .. Online wage slips issue ...

Post by ibrahimhassan2008 » Thu Oct 18, 2012 7:43 pm

Hi
I recently applied for my Tier 1 General extension by post. Regarding proof of earning I ve attached online printouts of wage slips with company address, logo and contact details. Also included a confirmation letter of employment by my employer .Now a friend of mine said tht it should be stamped and signed by my employer. Now 2 questions to answer is my friend right in saying it should be signed and stamped?? If yes can I print the other copy get it signed and stamped and sent it to home office?? Will they accept it now??? Still waiting for my fees to be deducted and confirmation letter..

Regards

I think if they are online payslips they must be stamped and signed by the employer.

I have no idea about the second question though.

online payslips must be signed and stamp, you can still send them to home office if you have received a reference number from them, your acknowledge letter should have it, i think you need to use change of circumstances form to do that.

what is the content of your letter issued by your employer, if it shows gross and net salary for the period you claiming then you should be fine.

Thanks for the reply tcpip-helper... Yes the employer letter is confirming me as a Permanant employee and they attached their internal 3 printouts of breakdown of my wage slips. These are stamped by them. It covers the time period of my earning claimed.
I will send them my stamped payslips once I recieved the reference number.. I'm still waiting 4 the payment to be taken out ..paid via credit card... I applied on 15 oct 2012. Today is 23 oct.. :(
