My child's visa status when she is skipped from ILR

Post by ceyhun » Thu Oct 18, 2012 11:25 pm

Hi All,

I'm on T2 (ICT) and my wife and my daughter are T2 (ICT) dependants. I have recently applied for ILR skipping my UK born child. I will apply for her to be registered as British Citizen via NCS as soon as I receive my ILR. After making the application via NCS we will travel abroad for holiday. When we return to the UK at the airport I and my wife will have ILRs and my daughter will have T2 (ICT) dependant BRP. Is this an issue ? Is there any possibility that Immigration officer may not allow my daughter to enter the UK ?
I'd appreciate your comments.
Thanks
