PSW to Tier -2

Dear All,

Thank you for all your support previously.
My PSW is ending Mar 2013. My Company is ready to sponsor me.
But as per new rules I have to do level 6 NQF. My job deignation matches
with Job code however the salary does not match. The salry give for job
code is approx 30000 pounds above. But there is also a rule any PSw
graduate if able to earn 20000 pounds they can be sponsored. can some one give a clarity on these requirements from PSW to Tier 2....

There is no rule that allows a psw holder to only earn 20k in order to switch into tier 2 if the salary specified in the soc is higher then this amount needs to be met.
