Can a international student bring dependent on ACCA student visa (UK
I have spoken to BPP University which is private Uni platinum rated and likewise work is allowed and LCA as it is issuing Anglia Ruskin UNi CAS.

No. The sponsor needs to be a Higher Education Institute

BPP university is a recognised body and hence tier 4 students studying there will have the right to work (and sponsor dependents if the course is post graduate level and at least 12 months long)

As i have spoken to both the BPP and LCA they say i can do it as complete ACCA is equal to NQF/NQV Level 7.
Though it does make sense that BPP is not on HEI list but LCA is issuing Anglia Ruskin Univeristy CAS.
