Help needed filling Tier 1 Dependant application

Post by sonub4ualt » Sat Oct 20, 2012 6:28 pm

Hi,

I am a bit confused about Section F

Have you ever had a home office or UKBA reference number provided to you.

My wife came to the UK on student visa in April'09, Got married, but applied for Tier 1 dependant as in-country (during my extension thinking switching is possible), but got refused. Went back home and applied from there, got approved. Now, we are applying for second extension. The question is do I have to enter reference numbers for all three applications.

Entry Clearance as Student
Tier 1 dependant Visa refusal while making in-country application
Visa approved as tier 1 dependant outside UK

One of my friends said we do not have an obligation as such to give all the reference numbers, as they will find out via their systems, or would it be considered as not disclosing adequate information .

Many thanks
Sonu
