Regarding Fund Maintenance for Tier 1 General Dependent.

Hello ,

I have a query regarding Tier 1 General Dependent.

I was on Tier 1 General Visa in UK from September 2009 to Jan 2011 & i have travelled to INDIA in Jan 2011 and stayed in INDIA till 2012 January 31st.

I got Married in Oct 2012

I have entered UK on 1st Feb 2012.

My visa got expired on 3rd September 2012 & i got now Tier 1 General visa extension till 2014 September.

I am applying for dependent visa for my wife who is in India.


As i was away for 1 year from Uk.. I come into which of the below category ??

Dependant application from outside UK (main migrant yet to arrive in UK or has been in the UK for <12 months) = 1800 for each dependent.


OR


Dependant application from outside UK (main migrant has been in the UK for >12 months) = 600 of each dependent.

if i show more than or equal to 1800 GBP for last 6 months will it be enough.

Could some one give a proper advice on this...

I have one more query could you advice on it...

For last 6 mnths ihave balance more than 2300+

for current month its 1650 sep 13th to oct 12th stmt..

Can i take a stmt frm 13th to 8th oct from bank with stamp on it as it shows balance more than 1800 and ask my wife to submit the docs by 26th oct in india.

As i am submitting before one month from last stmt date will it be fine??
