Elgibility for ILR

Post by spola » Sat Oct 20, 2012 8:54 pm

I entered UK in Mar-2008 on WorkPermit through my company

Got an extention to the Workpermit in Nov-2008

On the next extention in Jan-2011, I got T2 ICT permit

Can you please confirm if I am elgible for ILR?

Was the WP issued to you in 2008 a WP(ICT)?
If so, then yes, you may be eligible for settlement in March 2013 (245GF(c) and 245GF(d)(ii)).

Thanks a lot for quick response

"...Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant granted under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010..."

This statement confused me a bit as my change to T2 ICT happened only during extn in 2011.

I entered on WP (ICT) in 2008.

There is an "or" at the end of the sentence you have quoted.
I have also mentioned the appropriate rule - 245GF(d)(ii) - which follows after the "or" at the end of 245GF(d)(i).
