Hi,
I am going to sponsor my parents visitor visa. I am going to maintain nearly 3k .My question is does maintenance fund matter or cash flow (i.e salary)?

There is no tangible limit or fixed amount. If you have a good non-negative cash-flow in your historical statements, it should be sufficient.

Hi,
My parents would be applying for visitor visa and for social ties they would be providing the property document i.e land registry paper. But the problem is the document is in Hindi, would that be ok or do i need a English version of that(i.e translated into English).Also i am not sure who can translate them to English(i mean with governing body?) or can i get my father's property valued ?if yes then who can do it ?

If you want it to be considered it would need to be translated. Having a property is a useful start to showing their motivation not to simply enter the UK and remain there, but what about their means; do they have incomes or pensions to show?
