UK Dependent VISA for my Wife

Post by rockstar2k4 » Sun Oct 21, 2012 1:13 pm

Dear All,
Could you please advise on the following query:
I'll be getting marry on early Jan'13 and then need to apply for ILR dependent visa for my WIFE beginning of January'13
my current visa status is ILR.
As I see from the UKBA on the new rules for Partner/Families of Settled/BC have main criteria on the financial requirement.
my current circumstance as below:
I'm with current employer since 1 Aug'12 having income of > 50k per/Annum. So by December I will completing only 5 months with the current employer.
Prior to August'12 I was working for another employer ~ 8 years and got relived from June 2012. [So have taken break in July'12 with NO salary]
I have got P60 for the period April 2011-March 2012 showing the amount 32962 GBP
Now, due to work location(not being to adjust for new place) I'm looking for another job and interview is progressed up to advanced stage, hoping to hear + response and the offer as well within a week or two.
If i receive new job offer then I will be resigning from current employer (only with 4 months) and joining date for new job will be around early Feb.
So the question: how do I have to prove the financial requirement of 6 months payslip, where i'm 2 job changes within 6 month period.
1 . could you please advise on this below, am in bit of confusion on the Financial evidence proof.
2. Also could you please tell me possible processing times for ILR dependent which is applying from Bangalore /India.

regards,
Rocky

Any advise please?

Also Currently I'm claiming Single person discount from Council as I live single. Does this have any negative impact on the getting Spouse visa?
