Please HELP with SET(O) section 11 - Documents

I was granted HSMP visa in 2007 and Tier 1 (General) in 2010 and am preparing to apply for ILR but confussed about which part is applicable to me in Section 11 of the form. I know section 11A is applicable to ALL applicants but is 11G or 11L applicable to my case.

11G says: 5 yrs continuous stay under HSMP and other appropriate categories and I started with HSMP before transition to Tier 1 (General).

11L says: 5 yrs continuous stay under Tier 1 (General) and leave as a highly skilled migrant, WP, Innovator,etc, and am at the moment on Tier ! (General) visa.

Which one do I go for? Please help!!!
