Opinion Required on Application - Entrepeneur Tier 1

Hi,

I will really appreciate if anyone can give their opinion on my whole application structure, which is detailed below:

a. Our applications will be made from outside of U.K.

b. Main Applicants are my wife and my mother. They are teaming up together to open a business in London. Both Ladies are established business persons. My wife running her own business since past 2 years and my mother is running her own business since last 12 years.Btw my wife is 35 yrs old and my mother is 63. I hope my mothers age is not a problem

c. Dependent Applicants: In this category I want to apply along with my two kids as spouse & dependents of my wife.

d. A third Party Investor is ready to provide all necessary funds and documents, Declaration + Lawyer letter + Bank Letter. These documents will show the names of both main applicants along with the funds requirement and their easy repatriation to UK at the discretion of the two main applicants.

e. The main applicants have necessary maintenance funds already placed in the bank for the past 90 days.

f. The main applicants have the required results for the English Language ability test.

Would appreciate if someone can let me know if I have covered all the requirements above and specifically will the age of my mother be a problem.

on base of information you have provided its difficult to establish any opinion about your case only but in generally speaking you have fulfilled all the requirements so age factor should,nt be a problem.
Can u please state the visa status of your wife and mother?
