ILR - Outside UK days issue

Your advice would be a great help.

I came to UK in Septemebr 2004 on student visa. Convert my visa to Tier 1 Genernal in July 2009 and get extension in July 2012 for 2 years upto 7th July 2014. I am sure I can apply for IRL.

But recently due to my wife's poor health we moved to India on August 2012 and doctors advice will take some time to recover. surely more than 90 days. Will this affect my IRL?

I don't mind as soon as I can get least another extension? But how easily I can get extension?

Yes it will affect your ILR, but you can continue to extend if you score sufficient points.
