Tier 1 Visa extension - Newborn VISA

Post by Humber12 » Mon Oct 22, 2012 1:21 pm

Hi,
I am applying for VISA extension in Dec this year and my son was born in August 2012. So my questions are;

- Is it compulsory to apply for VISA of my son along with me and my wife's extension application?
- Do I need to get his passport and apply his VISA along with us?

- If I do need to apply, then is there any application fees involved like other dependant applications?
Thank you for your replies.

See Child born in the UK

One must pay the associated fees if and when making an immigration application.

- Do I need to get his passport and apply his VISA along with us? you can apply for his passport and may apply for visa now or later, its up to you.
