Hi Experts

Can you please advise my wifes dependent visa is expired and she went back to india . Can i call her on visit visa for a few months until i sort out my finances

As the visit visa option is a bit cheaper.

Yes, but she will have to show good ties to her homeland and motivation to return. If she gets the visa she can't switch into PBS dependant inside the UK, and if she overstays she will be banned for 12 months.
