Does anyone know for sure if investment in a bed and breakfast/guest house is suitable for UKBA ?

I know property development/ management is not eligible but running a b&b ??

Hi,
If you are switching from PSW, your work (occupation) should be NQF (National Qualification Framework) level 4 or above other than administering your business.
They did not mentioned B&B business is not eligible for applying Enterpreneur visa under category-D (Switching from PSW). But, there is no need of NQF Level 4 or 6 level work for running B&B business. If you put B&B business for category-D application, your application looks odd.
My personal suggestion is that, its better to think and get some good idea rather than making your application odd.
