Re-entry in UK.

Post by os2012 » Tue Oct 23, 2012 10:32 pm

Hello everyone,

Me and my family are going on a holiday to India. Me, my wife and my 2 sons have Indefinite Leave to Remain visa.

My other UK born daughter aged 2 years have her OLD PBS Dependent Biometric Card visa expiring on 22 Oct 2013 after 1 year.

Can my daughter travel on that visa with us ? Will she get a re-entry in UK ?

Thanking you.

Thanks for your quick reply. I am a bit relieved by your answer because one of the OISC consultant said to me that she can't travel nor will she get re-entry.

Hello Sushdmehta, why is it that Greenie says we can't travel with my daughter and you're saying YES. Please clear my confusion. Thanks for your reply.
