PEO Additional Documents Request

Post by jth » Wed Oct 24, 2012 9:36 am

This is a very useful board, and I appreciate any advice you give!

8 October: Premium PEO appointment in Croydon for extension of Tier 1 (General) visa. I made a mistake with the documents and had to supply additional bank statements. The CW said the application was fine besides. I was given a letter, asking I send them in within 14 days, which I did.

19 October: Additional documents delivered to Extended/SCW team

My questions are how long can I expect this to take? Is there any way I can check on the progress or ask for expedited treatment? Any email addresses I can use to contact someone? Is it useful to go to the PEO and ask?

I know it has only been three business days, but I want to do what I can in hopes of getting a decision (approval!) ASAP!

I am under time pressure because (1) I am supposed to travel for work in a few weeks' time; (2) My wife (who had to apply separately due to her travel schedule) has a PEO appointment on 27 November and is due to go abroad again on 4 December; and (3) our visas expire on 15 December.

Any help appreciated! Thank you!

Can anyone please give any insight? Do I simply need to be patient, or is there anything I can do to get a faster reply? Getting worried!

Additional documents required - SCW team

Post by SG1180 » Mon Nov 12, 2012 1:36 pm

Hi Jth/Arunlal

I am exactly into the same situation as yours (additional documentation required for Tier 1 dependant application).

I have posted the additional docs to them (last week) and waiting to hear back. Can you please suggest how can I know the status or expedite it? I've to travel this weekend out of UK but don't know what to do now as I dont have my passport...

Please suggest as per your experience.

Thanks
SG

My application has been approved and got all the document and card by post. It took 7 days to reach me.

There is no way to know the status of our application , You have to just wait. I know the situvation your going through , if your details are good they wil reach them in 1 or 2 weeks time.
