Hi I submitted an application to the home office in June 2012 on the basis my kids been here 7 years. The 7 years concession has been re-implemented on 9 July 2012 . is my application wil b consider on the new rules n how long normally it takes coz im still waiting for determination.thnx hope to hear from u soon
