Tier 1 dependent while in UK urgent - pls help

I have 3 dependents and they are currently in UK.

I recently extended my Tier 1 through PEO and I am planning to apply Tier 1 depended through postal.

Can some one please let me know, do I need to post my original Bio metric card? or a copy is enough? and also please let me know what documents i need to post for Tier 1 dependent visa
