FLR(M) application deferred at PEO Liverpool

Is this only happening at Croydon PEO? or is it across all the PEOs?

My appointment is next week at Sheffield, lets hope everything is ok on the day!!

My appointment is in Liverpool on 22nd Oct. the same "IT problem" happened after I ve done all necessary procedures, payment, caseworker interview and Biometrics done. My case worker told me that my documents seems no probelm, just their Biometrics system has problem so they can not tell me result on that day. He will write me a letter when the IT problem resolved as soon as possible, hopefully I will get my letter this week.
I am so frustrated and looking forward to Mr. postman everyday, though it is only the fourth day since I am back from Liverpool, however, I dont feel for doing anything and so depressed
