Equivalent salary

HI,
I am due for an extension of tier 1 WP in April 2013,

I was in India for a couple of month on business trip, during which i got salary in INR,

what will be the Equivalent salary in GBP for the salary in INR ?

earlier there was a conversion factor of 5.3, is the factor still there?

Uplift Ratio doesn't apply for extensions unfortunately. So its going to be INR to GBP straight.
