PEO appointment for Tier 1 General PBS Dependent (New born)

Hi,

I am planning to apply for PBS Dependent Visa for my new born baby. I will be applying the visa in person at PEO Croydon office. Me & my wife have a valid Tier 1 Visa valid till 2015.

I have two question:-

1. Will UKBA take biometric details for my baby ?
2. While booking the appointment at PEO office if I take the appointment for my new born then what will be the process? I mean do we need to make appointment for 1 Main and 2 dependent applicants or just the appointment for the baby will do and I will be allowed to accompany him?
