Tier 1 General Extension

Post by krishna6693 » Fri Oct 26, 2012 4:59 pm

Hi

I have been through the forum topics regarding my below questions; however, wanted to be sure.

My Tier 1 General Migrant visa is valid from 16Apr2010 to 16Apr2013.
My wife's (Tier 1 General Dependant visa) is valid from 26Oct2010 to 16Apr2013.
My son's - born in Jan 2012 (Tier 1 Genral Dependant Visa) is valid from 25Spe2012 to 16Apr2013.

We are travelling to India shortly and will be back in UK before the 90 day period.

I will be applying for extension (leave to remain) on 21Mar2013 (within the 28 day period) for all 3 of us from within UK.

When applying for extension visa:

1. Do we need to provide TB Certificate for all 3 of us (Since we will be travelling to India)
2. Should dependants take "any" test (e.g. Life in UK) prior to applying for extension.

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards
Krishna

1. No.
2. Read the dependant policy guidance.
