Can you give details of you existng VISA as well please.

It may be that you do not need to apply for FLR and can directly apply for ILR through SET(*) application.

Hopefully once you give more details, someone will be able to give you the right answers and save you some moneyand time as well :)

Thank you for your reply. I got married in 2009 and came to UK in Dec 2009 as Tier 2 dependant. We switched from Tier2 to Tier 1in May 2011. So my current status is Tier1 dependant and I do not have Degree. Recently my husband applied for ILR by post as he is in UK from past 10 years. Once he gets his ILR which form should i apply FLR(m),or SET(m).we thought i should apply for FLR(M) and started preparing for english course GESE grade 2. Can you please advice us which form is correct for us. Thanks in advance.
