passport form confusion

Hi all

We have sent MN1 form for my 2 years son and few days ago we received British registration certificate for him. Now, I would like to apply passport for him. Which form I should have to fill for his first passport ?

You pick up the passport application form (there is only one) from the post office (free of charge).
