dependant's FLR(M) application

Dear all,
Thanks a lot for every ones ongoing support and advise.
i have started filling the application form FLR(M)
i need a bit clarity in section 7

i changed my employer in july2011 , as its an year back, i am completing as:

7.3 selecting option A

followed by the you/your partner financial part

iv) viii) and xv) as n/a(not applicable)

is that correct.

Also whilst sending documents i am sending

6months payslip&bank statement for me and my wife
tenancy agreement,
Spouse uk masters degree certificate.
utility bills of each of us recent one.
marriage certificate

Pls advise me if its all enough

Also do i need to send my original passport.

Finally , in section 4

apart from 4.1 which i filled as Yes rest all know as being my child born here whilst i had my ILR.
Would that be an crossover as i mentioned we have child and
4.4 as no (subject to immigration control)

will this be contradiction as i am applying only for my wife as one dependant only.

Pls advise me on my case.
