do i need a visa?

i am currently residing in Lithuania with a residence permit as a business starter. do i need to apply for a visa to visit the UK as a tourist?

Yes, assuming that you are a visa national.

thanks for your reply, i assume being a lebanese citizen makes me a visa national.
