queries reading tier 1 policy--within 6 months of entering

hello, guys, when i read ukba tier 1 policy guide, i have the following questions:

--page 13--Section B: registered within six months of entering: No.79:
You must have been registered a new company in which you are a director, within the 6 months after entering the category...Your leave may be curtailed if you are found not to have fulfilled this requirement.

i'm a bit confused here, can any experienced people tell me what documents to prepare within 6 months after getting the visa?

--page 18-20: 104-108: you should use this for initial applications under sections a; b; c & d. how to prepare documents for "audited accounts/unaudited accounts" in number 105 & "evidence that it is a uk business" in number 106？
