UK Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) visas

Hi Guys,

My PSW is going to expire on 30th NOV 2012. My company applied for sonsorship license on 27th of march and it got rejected after 6 month's time. Again we applied the license for second time on 10th of October 2012. Still we haven't had any response from UKBA. So what we have to do now to request an urgent treatment for processing the license application and if we do how long it will take. One critical thing is my marriage got fixed on february 19th and 20th of 2013. So my question is if i apply my visa application before 10 days of my visa expires by not getting license, will i able to get the extension before february 2013.I read through some your topics mentined that they received biometrics letter even by not getting license. So shall we proceed for biometrics or not ??
Please give me a solution.
I am totally in a difficult state of mind. I cant able to concenterate on anyone. Please some one give me a solution.

YOU CAN APPLY WITHOUT COS. Just make sure you use a good immigration solicitor AND APPLY BEFORE VISA EXPIRES. Basically the home office will hold on to our application for up to six months while you wait for COS. Im in the same situation

You mentioned that you submitted your application WITHOUT a COS and you were very categorical in stating that the UKBA will hold on to the application for 6 months.

Yours is the first post to state this. I also submitted my application without COS exactly 4 weeks ago. I received an Acknowledgement Letter 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since then.

Please can you kindly confirm how true your earlier statement is (that the UKBA will hold on to the application for 6 months)? Did the UKBA themselves confirm this to you?
