Dependent Visa under Tier 1 PBS

Hi

I recently got the extension visa (Off-course thank to this forum)

I search hard but not find any post saying independent dependent application , so posting freshly

Now I wish to apply for my wife extension separately (PEO Cardiff)

Just want to make sure I am not missing anything from document checklist

- The form
- 2 Photos
- Passport
- Main applicants BRP & passport signed
- Bank statement of Main applicants for fund maintenance
- Salary slips & HR letter of Main applicants
- Marriage Certificate (already provided but will carry it)
- For Address proof ( as per 108 of policy guidance)
- - - NHS Card of my wife
- - - Bank statement of a joint account having my wife's name on it
- Covering Letter for dependent applicants
- Sponsor letter from Main application (I guess not required)

I am clear on all of above but have some doubt regarding address proof
Do I need to provide house hold bills for address or rental agreement

Gurus/Sages please help me to verify & if I am missing any thing important

Hi,

I am main applicant and got my Tier 1 extension recently, I am planning to independent dependent application through postal. Currenlty my dependents are in UK.
Can someone please let me know that do i need send my original passport and original bio metric card along with the other documents or only copy of my passport and copy of my bio metric card is enough?

I am requiring exact same clarification as what jatinuk has requested above.

Is it required to have my wife’s name added to tenancy agreement and council tax?

She has a joint bank account and one of utility bill in her name - Will that be sufficient ?

Please advice.

I dont think it is required, the only document for dependent visa is maintenance funds.
