Dependent has to accompany for ILR PEO appointment?

Post by InUkOnHsmp » Tue Oct 30, 2012 12:55 am

Hi Forum,

I thought only the main applicant had to be present for ILR appointment. I just booked an appointment with the Croydon PEO, and got an email saying:

* Bring all the dependants booked into this appointment.

I am quite confused by this, can senior people please suggest what I should do.

Also I wanted an appointment in Birmingham PEO, but got Croydon instead, any feedback on Croydon PEO. Should I try for another appointment in Birmingham PEO, can I book another appointment and then cancel this one? How does this work?

Regards

Thanks Sushdmehta.

So the answer is yes, I guess. I think there was a post where someone mentioned the case worker told him it wasnt mandatory:

For settlement applications submitted after 28-Feb-12, ILR is issued on a BRP ... not on a vignette affixed to your passport. Hence the post you refer to is not relevant anymore.
